July 16, 2019 - New Jersey Medical Marijuana Programs are being expanded to help pave the way for eventually making recreational weed legal in NJ. Currently there are 6 dispensaries in New Jersey with plans to open another 6.
Lawmakers are also looking to increase the amount of NJ medical marijuana a patient would be allowed to purchase in a month from 2 ounces up to 3 ounces.
Lawmakers will continue to look for ways to beef up medical marijuana in the state while trying to accumulate votes to pass a bill for full legalization.
