Recreational Marijuana Legalized by NJ Voters
Recreational marijuana is finally legal in the Ganja State! In February Governor. Phil Murphy signed three new laws effectively legalizing weed for personal use.
Although, it looks like peeps won’t be able to walk into a recreational marijuana dispensary and buy weed in NJ until 2022. It won't be legal to buy or sell recreational marijuana until regulations are written by state officials and licenses to businesses are awarded.
